Learn how to solve Sudoku puzzles

I'm not a huge fan of puzzles like sudoku, but there's no question it's a hit in Japan and the United States both. The basic premise is that you have a partially populated grid of numbers and that you need to fill in the blank spots so that the final grid meets certain characteristics. Sound fun? You might well be surprised!

Getting started can be a bit tricky, however, so a simple tutorial explanation is a good starting point, and that's what a colleague contributed to my site this morning. Check it out:
