Windows PC never sees Sony PSP via USB cable?
Dave, help! My Windows PC does not recognize my new Sony PSP when I plug in the USB cable. Ungood. How do I get the computer to recognize the Sony PSP with the USB cable?
I haven't got one of these Sony units (though at this point I'd think Sony marketing would be sending me a box of 'em as a thank you for all this free tech support!) but, for the USB problem:
Before you plug it in,
Make sure the PSP is in USB connect mode.
Also make sure the Memory Stick PRO Duo has been formatted for PSP. If it's not this is how you do it...
